Robert Kerr „Rikki“ Fulton, OBE, war ein schottischer Komiker und Schauspieler, der vor allem für seine Arbeit als Autor und Darsteller in der langjährigen BBC Scotland-Sketch-Show „Scotch and Wry“ bekannt war. Er war außerdem als eine Hälfte des Komikerduos Francie und Josie an der Seite von Jack Milroy bekannt.
